China is very big, so there are lots of different types of Chinese food. Chinese people eat a lot of rice with things like fish, noodles, pork, boiled eggs, duck, steamed buns, tofu, chicken and geese.

My two eldest brothers are half Chinese and sometimes we eat Chinese food at home.

We always have in our kitchen cupboards soya sauce, Chinese chili oil, noodles, dried Chinese mushrooms, toasted sesame seed oil and Chinese medicine tea.

I like to eat steamed taro buns, cheung fun with soya sauce and Chinese fried chicken dumplings with tomato ketchup.

My mum also cooks sweet and sour tofu, choi sum, bok choi and uses lots of garlic, ginger, soya sauce, chilli, beansprouts and spring onion to make Chinese style food.

Sometimes my brothers cook noodles for us and they taste delicious.
