Ancient Egypt

Friday 22nd April 2016 I set out on my journey through Egypt to discover all histories and mysteries which lie beneath the soil of Ancient Egypt. I went on a small, rickety blue boat down the long and bendy River Nile to search for the secret doors to pharaohs tomb . I saw choppy waves coming towards me and saw crocodiles on the choppy waves waiting for their next snack " hopefully it wasn't me." The waves crashed up agains.t my boat so did the crocodiles and they were snappy. I was lucky because they were on my net and before raped them up I tied their scaled mouths up and put them back in the River Nile. At last they are back where they belong now I can go back on my journey I said to my self . Finally I was coming to the end of the river when I felt.... sea sick! I heard something really bad was coming my way and it was a sand-tornado it sucked me up and spat me out as I screamed with fear it seemed like my life pasted before my eyes, as I gained the strength to put my hands out in front of me and felt some kind of secret entrance I was led too by the tornado. Catching my breath I felt a dark shadow over me, looking up their they were these gargantuas sphinx a mythological creature with a head of a human and body of a lion guarding this enormous heavy door to enter the tomb. As I touched the door it started to slide open walking into the dark tomb I put on my torch to light it up so I could see where I was going and to the left of me written on the wall was hieroglyphics writing which told a story of what had been happening in ancient Egypt. Continuing to walk down the long path to the tomb reading the hieroglyphics in front of me was precious eye catching gold and ornaments that had been stored for many of years.

At my feet was a treasure box made out of gold and when I opened it up there was four canopic jar. The first canopic jar is called Duamutef is the guardian o the stomach. Qebehsenuef is the second jar which is the guardian of the intestines, The third canopic jar is called Hapi and this is the guardian of the lung and the fourth Imseti the guardian of the liver.

Continuing to look around I saw the symbol Eye of Horus, lotus-flower, dung-beetle, ankh and cobra. I was looking around and bumped into Anubis and said sorry. Anubis said I had the same dynasty as other Pharaohs, and each Pharaoh has their own pyramid, tomb and mummy. He showed me all the secret stuff and said this is your tomb, I was SHOCKED!
