The Army Museum

Today was a very fun day! We went on a school trip to the Army Museum. It all started when we had to walk to Sudbury Hill Station.

The train ride was the most tiring part of the whole journey .The train was fully packed .We first got out of train on South Kensington .

Then got on an another train . Got off again at Sloane Square station (you might know that place where there is a lot of expensive shops).

After that we had to walk for five minutes to actually get to the place.

We went into the building. It was near Chelsea Hospital.

We started off by doing a workshop . We learnt about who was living in the Royal Castle right beside the Army museum. We were researching the objects in a time capsule and who they belonged to. Then some of my fellow friends were getting dressed up as characters from WWII by the man. I was dressed as a soldier. It was actually interesting when my friends were getting dressed up as different people in World War Two . Especially funny when they were wearing very big clothes!!!Then we had lunch and roamed around looking at the interesting facts.

Today has been the best day ever. We went back on the train in the opposite directions and walked back to school.
