On Thursday, Years 5 and 6 pupils, parents and staff involved, took a huge sigh of relief as all that hard work they put in had finally paid off as they put on an amazing show for all the audience to enjoy.

The programme ranged from Stormzy to Traditional Christmas carols about the birth of Christ. The procession at the beginning was luminous as the rows of lights flickered on through the aisles and everybody thought it was very beautiful.

The choir on the alter made everyone smile with joy as the purity of their notes echoed around the church. The soloists were absolutely amazing and their beautiful smiles made up individual wonderful songs. The dancers were like swans gliding over frozen lake and their moves were very graceful. The readers were so clear and expressive and I think everyone understood and reflected on what they said.
