How to overcome anxiety

As many of you would know, a harmful

virus that originated in Wuhan, China has

been terrorizing the world and many are

left feeling worried. This disease goes by

the name COVID-19 or Coronavirus. As a

member of the WE Club, I was given a

task: found how to overcome anxiety. After some research, I will be giving a two ways to end anxiety.

Firstly, talk about it with someone

you know. You might think that if

you talk about your anxiety, people

will think you're a scaredy cat but

it's not like that at all. Honestly, it

makes you feel better. One time, I

was anxious so I talked about it

with my oldest brother and once our

conversation was finished, I felt that

my anxiety had disappeared.

Secondly, have you ever drank an ice-cold Pepsi for lunch or a cup of tea in the morning? I bet you have. When you drink caffeine, it gives the nervous system a jolt which boosts energy levels but under anxiety and pressure it can induce an anxiety attack. I'm not saying you should give caffeine away but moderate how much you drink and slowly start drinking decaffeinated drinks like herbal tea which is made to calm your nerves.
