For the challenge this week we ask that on Monday you send in one of the following: a picture, a collage, a non-fiction book or an object related to the learning theme, animal homes. Please clearly label it with your child’s name.

Throughout the week the children will have lots of opportunities to use a range of construction and have a go at building an animal home. We will be sharing our challenge work to support our learning and develop our language.

The children will also have time within their family group to explore using natural materials. We will try to build a range of animal homes and dens outdoors.

We are very excited about our school trip. If you have any queries about paying for the trip on parent-pay please call in at the office.

Please continue to support your child with their summer targets. If they have already achieved them please complete the comments section and let us know, we will update them for you.

May we remind you that if you send in a drinks bottle for your child, it should only contain water.
