How to stay calm at home





1 If you just got in an angry or heartbreaking situation, and now your just lying in bed with tears in your eyes thinking what can calm you down. Well here is something hat you might want to try. Take an electronic device and turn on some calm music. Put your headphones on and start mediating. It always works for me so it might for you.


2 Maybe hat dosent work for you so why dont you read a funny book or watch a funny film. There is loads of ways you can stay calm but you just dont know it.


3 If that still dosent work try doing fun and creative. Take any small box and cut a small hole at the top. hen take any piece of paper, write down what might have upset you and put it in the box. Dont forget to fold it. This is a way to release any anger out of yor body and express your feelings.
