But Marty had a plan. He knew how he was going to save the world. He planted the near lifeless branch he had salvaged from the wreckage of the earth. In this pitch black room a glimpse of light slid through the misty room: it opened Marty's eyes, heated Marty's fur and lit up his heart.



The seed burst. The leaves exploded. The lush leaves shot up like a rocket. Just as the plant represented hope and peace and bloomed inside, somehow it stretched beyond the walls. The plant meant everything to Marty.
