EID-UL-ADHA

Eid-ul-adha is when muslims celebrate the  power of god.we celebrate when prophet Ibrahim had a dream that allah (swt) asked him to sacrifice his son Ishmael in obedience of him . allah didn't actually ask him to sacrifice his son but Ibrahim was so loyal to Allah he was already prepeard to kill his very own son! But unfortunately the devil (satan) told Ibrahim to disobey god and spare Ishmael (ibrahims son) . allah saw what was happening and instantly sent a lamb so Ibrahim could kill it instead of his son.

Now a days people celebrate eid-ul-adha by sharing meat with family and the poor. They still sacrifice lambs to share to share with the   poor.
