Big and Bold Burgers

You will need

900g minced beef

1tbsp garlic powder

2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce

100g cheddar cheese, cut into 4 cubes

Salt and pepper For the pesto sauce,

4 tbsp good quality mayonnaise

2 tbsp pesto 4 burger buns (seeded, plain or brioche buns)

1 beef tomato sliced

16 slices of pickles

1/2 head of soft lettuce, leaves kept whole

Step 1

First we need to pre-heat the oven to 200C/180Fan.

Step 2

Place the mince in a large mixing bowl and add the garlic

powder, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper
