LOOKING AFTER YOUR TEETH

Brush your teeth twice a day and for two minutes everyday.

And make sure you get all the plaque of your teeth.

If your under 7 then have a adult with your to support and help brush your teeth.

If you consistently don't brush your teeth just before going to bed then your teeth may decay.

Floss should be 18cm long, and at least floss twice a week.

When you are 3-4 use younger children's tooth paste because it has no fluoride in it.

Make sure you brush between the gum line.

Occasionally you can have unhealthy foods.
