Decide to look for what's good, even on difficult days

This is a very difficult thing to do especially when you're feeling sad. We must remember that whatever the situation is, you always find a good reason for what has happened. We can always think of other days where we had problems but we fought it and past it. Everything ends and everything happens for a reason.

Always think positive and remember when things gets very bad you talk with someone to help you.


There are other days that are not that bad compared to big problems. Still look for what can you find good in it. Here are some examples

If you planned a busy day to do shopping or meeting with friends to go to the beach but on that morning you here the rain and you have to cancel everything, what you can think of something good is that because of your busy life ,you didn't have time to water the plants and thanks to the rain ,they got watered.
