Week 9-Taxes

This week in Microsociety,we were looking at taxes. We don't have many of them in Astro Agents; only import taxes and renting\buying taxes. We needed to sort out a weekly tax to pay the civil servants

and me,the PM.

Us civil servants

got together and debated how much we should get each because we'd share the money out equally. Eventually,we decided on about 40 S.

As a class, we read the next part of the NOTENUF story and discussed about how the tax system works in England. Finally, as always, we traded!
