Transitioning to Year 6 can sometimes be very hard and can be very scary and frightening. It can also be sad because you are going to a new year group and you will be fairly missed by your teachers and your class.

You will be going through lots a of different challenges that you have to face and you will also be going on numerous amounts of residential trips (depending on if corona-virus still remains) and others fun places. It's even more challenging when you have to leave for year 7 and learn make new friend because maybe some of your friends might be visiting another school or maybe they are just not used to hanging out with their friends anymore, since they're are many new people around.

Special Duties in Year 6:

Coming to the responsibilities for Year 6, we have hose captains, Head boy/ Head girl and many more exciting responsibilities that you can sign up for. If you don't get the opportunity to have these responsibilities, you might be able to some jobs around the classroom.

Exciting Things:

In Year 6, you will be able to enjoy your trip in ' The Isle of Wight' (if possible) and you will also be able to do many more fun things in this year group. You also have an opportunity to enjoy your first day of year 6 and also your teachers will be announced and you will have a great time with them.

Yr 7 can be even more challenging, but that doesn't make it less fun to be around in. There will be so many different variations of games and activities and sports such as, netball, cricket, tennis, rhythmic gymnastics, swimming and much more.

End of the Year:

At the end of the year, you will be having a leavers party, since you will be leaving primary school, and going into a new school in September.

I also hope you enjoy your time in Year 6 and I really hope too see you soon when join Year 7.

Yours sincerely,

 Eunice
