On Wednesday 22nd October, we received amazing home learning. Our amazing home learning was making a manicure house. It took me 5-10 minutes to make my house. The reason why we needed to make our houses, was because we were going to make a mini Great Fire of Greenford.

On the 5th November the dramatic and sensational day came. On that day we made our very own Great Fire of Greenford. After maths I waited for the time to come. When everyone was sat down in their seats, Mrs Tigg (my teacher)started talking about some relevant and important fire safety.

After Mrs Tigg finished talking we made our way to the spacious playground. I was feeling nervous and excited at the same time. How would you be feeling at this point ? When my class and Mrs Stuart's class arrived at the playground, Mr Odesho started pouring white spirit (a very flammable liquid ) all over the houses. After that Mrs Tigg and Mrs Stuart set one of the houses elite. At this point I was a little bit eager for my house to burn.

I could hear crackling noises from the furious fire. Minutes later Mr Odesho set elite a stunning house made out of matches. Suddenly the inferno started to spread, everyone started yelling. As time went by the fire grew bigger and bigger and bigger, to when there came a gigantic blaze. Just that moment the fire had caught my house. I felt a little destrote because my hard work was disintegrating.

When the fire had caught all the houses there was only a pile full of ashes (it looked a bit like newspaper.) The fire started to depart. When the fire had gone I felt a little tinkle of relief. I was sad that my house was gone but it was an amazing experience.
