The Cat, Dog Chase and Max's Injury

It was a sunny morning, the sun was shining and the sky was crystal blue, when Max and Steve decided to go for a ride with their bikes in the park. They heard there was an activity going on at the park and wanted to see what was going on.

They got their bikes and set off to the park. Steve wore his helmet but Max refused to wear his helmet. While they were cycling on the side of the road, a cat appeared running as fast as lightning, and a dog came in front of them because it was chasing the cat. Max and Steve stopped with a huge brake, because they neither want to hurt the dog nor the cat. Consequently, Max and Steve fell off the bike. Steve did not get hurt because he was wearing his helmet but, unfortunately, Max hit his head on a rock. Max was seriously injured, his legs were all bruised and scratched and from his bleeding head blood gushed out. People at the park called the ambulance that took Max to the hospital.

Max was medicated at the emergency but the doctors decided to keep Max in hospital for observation. His parents were next to him all the time, a few minutes later his friends came to visit him. Steve advised Max not to do such silly things as riding a bike without a helmet.
