Yesterday morning, a young man walking his dog sadly found a 3 year old boy dead in a nearby pond. Reporters don't know if he was murdered or if he fell and drowned. Apparently the boy was just waiting for his mother and his little sister, reporters found some cctv footage and they found out something they found a man with a black balaclava murdered him with a machette.
