Roman Bread






Ingredients.


125g strong white bread flour.

125g strong wholemeal flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 sachet dried yeast

warm water to create a dough.


Method


1. Mix yeast ,flours and 1/2 a tsp of salt into a mixing bowl.



2.Add warm water to the mixing bowl.(Enough to make a dough.)



3.Then kneed for 10 minutes.




4.Set oven to 180 degrees c and put the bread in for 20 minutes.


5.Then let rise for 45 minutes.
