Do we have enough vegetables?

We thought we needed to eat 5 vegetables a day but new advice tells us we should eat 7 vegetables a day. How can we do that? Here are some ideas:


Breakfast - Eggs, mushrooms, spinach, tomato, bacon, toast.


Lunch - Carrots, onions, cucumber, sausages and mash


Dinner - Fish, chips and peas


See not so hard after all, I even put 8 vegetables in my example. Even if you do not like 1 of the vegetables in my example there's still 7 because I put 8 vegetables in my example.
