To make amazing bread rolls keep reading!

1) To begin, get a bowl out.

2) Then weigh 200g of flour.

3) Put the flour in the bowl.

4) After that, put two teaspoons of salt in and with the salt put in four teaspoons of yeast.

5) Once you have done that put half a cup of water in (put more in if needed).

6) Following this, mix with your hands until the mix is formed together and resembles a ball.

7) Take the bread mix and place it on a lightly floured surface.

8) Then, kneed the dough for 5 minutes.

9) After those 5 minutes take the dough and shape it into bread rolls.

10) Place the bread rolls on a tray and put them in an oven whitch is at 200˚f for 15 minutes.

11) Whilst your waiting, get a plate and knife and also fillings like butter, jam, nutella or whatever you fancy.

12) Be careful when taking the bread rolls out of the oven - use oven gloves!

13) Enjoy your magnificent bread roll!!
