The sims is a game franchise that started in the year 2000. The first sims games was Sims City (which was published in 1989). This was redone in 2013. The sims medival was a stand alone sims game (which was published in 2011).

The sims was released in the year 2000 and had about 15 million copies sold. They were made by EA games and maxis. It had an open world design and you could play with your sims. This was The Sims. Another, sims game is The Sims Online this was not very popular so not people had good memories of this Sims game.

The Sims 2 had better CAS (Create A Sim) and more items were introduced into the game. This was made in 2003 and was very popular. You could also buy packs.

The Sims 3 was a sequel to The Sims 2 it had better grafics, gameplay, build mode, CAS (Create A Sim) and an expensive marketplace. To buy CAS (Create A Sim) and build items you would need one cent for a sim point. One expansion pack was The Supernaturals Pack. This has all sorts of creatures you could play and custumise.

The Sims 4 was the sequel to The Sims 3. People were dissapointed when this game came out in 2014. They have made many packs for this game and introduced game packs.

There are many sims games and most of them are amazing.
