Queen Elizabeth!

Born on the seventh september1533, Queen Elizabeth I was the previous long reigning Queen and the daughter of Henry VIII and his second wife Anne Boleyn. Elizabeth had six mothers in total (five were her step mothers)Elizabeth's mother was beheaded due to witch craft and treason when poor Elizabeth  was only 2 and a half years old.

The Catholic Church said that Henry and Anne Boleyn weren't legally married- that is what caused Elizabeth trouble when England needed a Queen. Mary !!! Mary of scots became Queen of England and she imprisoned poor Elizabeth after she came to power. Mary was a Catholic and Elizabeth was a protestant. The Protestants thought Elizabeth was supporting the Catholics so they helped her to put her in ...prison; in the tower of London!!!

Queen Elizabeth I did not marry .She was very cautious! She thought that her husband would want to be king .Because of this she did not marry and had no children.

Elizabeth I died in March 24, 1603 in Richmond England!
