Street Child Book Review

Tell us about your opinions of Street Child so far:

I think that Street Child is a very good book and I loved every part that we have read together. But it was very sad as you found out. My favourite part was when he escaped from the workhouse because I hated his life in the workhouse and was very happy when he ran away.

How has the story helped your understanding of life during the Victorian era?

It has helped me a lot I feel as it opened my eyes and I now see how terrible life had been back then.
