Monty Booij's Book Review - 1st February 2016

This book is called Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. The author is called Frank Cottrell Boyce.I started this exciting book just before Chistmas. This book is about a very special car that a man made and found an engine for, the engine was very old but it had magical powers. The car was a camper van and it could fly.

The story is also about a family with a dad, a mum and three children. The childrens' names are Jem, Lucy and Harry. They had lots of adventures. I loved reading this book because this car is like a human and is a member of the family, the van had some cool disign on the front. I think the author has a lot of fantasy, I would like a van like this.

I would rate this book 5/5 because it is such a fantastic story.
