City Primary Badminton Festival 12/10/16

On Wednesday 12th October Sandfield's Y4 badminton team (10 players) took part

in the Primary Schools Festival at New College Leicester finishing 3rd.

Leicester City High 5 Netball Festival 16/11/16

On Wednesday 16th November Sandfield was represented by 7 netballers at the City Festival held at Soar Valley College. After a slow start, losing the 1st game 1-0, the team fought back winning their remaining 3 matches and finishing top of their group.

Leicester City Football Club Stadium Tour 5/12/16

As a reward for 100% attendance in 2015-16 a group of 20 children went on a tour around LCFC King Power stadium. They got to go in an executive box, visit the trophy room and see the Premier League trophy, visit the home and away changing rooms and sit pitchside in the manager's seat!

A great time was had by all!

KS1 Multi- Sport Festival 7/12/16

30 children from Yrs.1,2,3 attended Soar Valley College to take part in the annual Multi-Sport Festival. The children tried out lots of different sports and had lots of fun joining with children from other local schools.
