THE MYSTERIOUS CUPBOARD

Last winter my brothers, my sister and I went out of our house because of a war and we were living with our grandfather.

One day, I told my brother if we could play hide and seek. My brother said yes. I was going to hide under a table but my brother took my place. I was mad but went in the basement. I saw a large icy cupboard. It caught my eye immediately. The cupboard had a key hole. I remembered that my grandfather gave me a key and I gave it a try to open the cupboard. It opened and I went in.

I loved Christmas. When I was walking I saw a

half man and half horse. He was scared and went behind the trees. I tried to make friends with him so I helped him pick up his things and he started talking. He had a nice voice. It was freezing cold and he gave me some tea and sang me a song. He told me to go or the Ice King would know that I was in the world of Ice so I went in the cupboard to the house. I told my brothers and sister but they did not know what I was saying. I was so sad. I ran to see if I could go in the cupboard again but it was not there so I tried to go again and I did but this time one of my brothers followed me to the Ice world. My brother saw the Ice King and ran to me.
