Breakfast: Bacon sandwich with seeded brown bread. Milk

Lunch:Tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise wrap, cuecumber, tomatoes and celery. Summer fruits squash.

Dinner: Chicken, peppers, lettuce and purple cabbage in a wrap, with tomatoes, cuecumber and lettuce. Pineapple juice.

Lunch: Tuna and mayonnaise sandwich with seeded brown bread. Blackcurrent squash

Snack: 2 Jammy Dodger biscuits.

Dinner: Steak, roasted green beans, peppers, mushrooms, courgettes, corn on the cob and Jacket potatos with butter and cheese.
Homemade chocolate brownie with cream.
