Isn't school just tiring? Going to hundreds of assemblies, taking in thousands of facts and writing down millions of words. My hands are exhausted.

Sometimes in life, we can go off track from our positivity path. We can get really annoyed, and start becoming negative. So if you are annoyed or angry, try and calm down. Take deep breaths.

When we upset someone, we always jump to the conclusion that it is their fault. However, we need to understand what they are feeling. If we have upset someone, we will think we did it because they said something that triggered our frustration. So, we should always sit down and try to understand how you would feel if you were the other person. This makes it easier to straighten things out, as we can understand what is going on from two perspectives. Once we have resolved things, we should always bear in mind the fact that we should not say or do anything if we would be unhappy if it happened to us.

Don't get too angry in any situation. Stay positive. If you let negativity take over you, it is very hard to go back to staying strong. Always relax after an argument, and then go and apologise. It is the right thing to do, and won't cost you any friendships. If you are ever feeling angry or even sad because something is happening you are unhappy about, always try to look at the bright side.

For example, a group of people are saying things that aren't nice about you. They are saying really mean things about you, spreading these statements and creating rumours that you are really horrible. You could say to yourself that if they have such a boring life that the only thing they could talk about was you, then that is sad for them. You have an advantage, because you have a fun-filled life and don't have to stoop so low as to spread rumours. You can tell people this, and shouldn't be afraid to. As long as we stay positive, we can have courage. That is all we need in life.

If you ever have an argument, always calm down afterwards and try to put yourself into the other person's shoes. Keep calm and carry on!
