Saint David's day
Today in school we had a competition,the competition was create your own saint David's day card.The winner in year 6 was Jodie year 4 was Evan and i'm not sure the other classes.Later that day we tasted some Welsh food my favourite was the Welsh cakes they were yum!!!
Today we also played rounders,We weren't counting but I think the boys won. We had a quiz in the hall but they were all the same questions as last year ): today was still cool because we didn't have too wear school uniform.I wore a Swansea city shirt with Ted Baker jeans but most people wore the Welsh rugby kit.
Here are some facts about saint David:David is the patron saint of Wales,he was thought to be born around 520 AD,he died around 589 AD.
In school Mr Paul Mainwaring(our head master)showed us a presentation on saint David's day.In that presentation he told us the story of saint David.
On Sunday Me,Callum and Harry are going too skids it is a Karting place.On saturday me and Harry are playing Football against Penrhos my coach tells my team that it is a game we can win but we end up losing all the time
