Stronger!

In year six, this term, our topic is STRONGER! We want to become stronger physically and mentally. We were given Stronger booklets to write down our targets for this term. Mr Hooton always pushes us to our best (which is hard) so that we can improve. For Example, if we just do easy work and study the same thing, we are not going to improve. This also interfiers with our fitness. At Waterpark Mr Hooton says that we will be pushed and that it is not a vacation :-(. So therefore we will need to prepare for that especially.

Getting Stronger Physically

To get Stronger Physically there are many different ways such as:

*Running

*Skipping

*Jumping

*Swimming

*Boxing

We can get Stronger mentally by:

* Pushing ourselves

*Using rescources

*Achieving targets

*Self teaching

*Asking questions
