Are you good at gymnastics? If not, let me tell you how to be good at it. With tips on how to do basic moves.

Handstands

To do a handstand, you need to put your hands in

front of you and push up with your good leg. Don't

arch your back or you could hurt yourself.

Handstand into bridge

To do a handstand into a bridge, you do not tense

your legs. You have to slightly arch your back and land

into the bridge softly. you can either go down with

one leg at a time or two.

Splits

To do the splits, you need to stretch before going

down. Your legs have to be straight at a 180 degrees

angle.

Forward roll

To do a forward roll, you need to kneel down and place

you hands on the floor in front of you. furthermore, you need to

tuck your body into a ball and push.

Backward roll

To do a backward roll, you can do it standing or sitting.

Sitting you have to have your hands by your ears, tuck

and push off of your feet.
