Boudicca was a Celtic Queen who led a rebellion against the Roman occupation of Britain.
She was born on November the 7th
and around 30bc
The name Boudicca
means Victoria and
v.ictory
In revenge,
Boudicca led
an army to
attack the
Romans.
At the age of 18,
she married Prasutagas,
king of the Iceni tribe.
Boudicca's army marched
to the Roman
defences.
Finally Boudicca
and her army were
defeated by the
Romans.
