This sport is one of my favorites. I like it because you can play in any position. You can be a fielder, a batsman, a bowler or a wicket keeper.

You play cricket on a field.

If you are a professional you

would play in a stadium in front

of a crowd. At the edges of a

field in a stadium there are

boundaries. If you hit the boundaries you get four runs. Runs are like points in cricket . The batsman would hit the ball and run to the other set of stumps. However many runs you run you get that many runs. If you hit the ball over the boundaries you get six runs. It is the fielders job to stop the ball hitting the boundaries. The wicket keeper gets the ball if the batsman doesn't hit the ball. I think you can guess what the bowler and batsman do.
