If you are angry and you don't know how to stay calm

first I say sa,ta,na,ma.

if it doesn't work, you should buy a

fidget spinner and if you spin it and

it calms you down.

Sometimes when i'm annoyed,

I punch a pillow and kick a

ball and it calms me down.

Some people meditate and keep calm

and forget everything but you still need

to focus , it helps me a bit.

If you are still angry or depressed,

remember to drink lots of water.

When you're angry,don't hurt someone, just try to clear

your mind and try so try some of my tips and stay calm.
