Galapagos paradise

Volcanoes as hot as the sun

brought life to the land

They shot into the sky

like a shooting star

The lava froze

forming tall hills

This was soon to be

an island of paradise

The dry lifeless land

was all alone

Until suddenly something moves

and you notice an army of animals

Crumble! the rocks fall

from cliffs as high as mount Everest

The waves crashed

against the rocky shores

The young sea lions play

in the dancing waves

Thud! the Galapagos Tortoise

roams the rocky land

The fast and friendly Finch

is a Cheetah soaring through the sky

Lazy like a sloth

Marine Iguanas bathe in the sun

The sea is a playful puppy

jumping up and down the rocks

The clownfish feed

on the colouful coral

Spalsh! the Iguanas are splashed

by the ferocious waves

The Moray eel has a mouth

full of needles

This is an island of paradise!
