SHADOWS
When an object blocks light, it creates a shadow. The object must be opaque or translucent to make a shadow.
The shadow appears on the side of the object furthest from the light source.
A transparent object will not make any shadow as light passes through.
A translucent object makes a faint shadow.
The closer the object is moved to the light source, the bigger the shadow.
