Autumn 1 Homework
Maths and English homework is now set half termly and we would like the children to complete it online through J2homework
The children will be set a range of Maths and English tasks and we ask that children complete a Maths and English task as a minimum. However, we really encourage the children to complete as many as possible and an award will be given to any children that complete all of the Maths and English tasks set.
Details of how to do this are outlined on the next page. We have practised using J2homework at school but please contact me if you encounter any problems.

- Look at holiday brochures and online information to find out what modern day Rome is like as a tourist destination. Which tourist attractions would you like to visit? What is the weather like? Where else would you like to go in Italy?
- Read a book or watch a film on a Roman theme. Write a review to let your classmates know what you thought about it.
- Make a drawing of a Roman god or goddess. Write a fact file of information.
- FInd out the dates of birth of your family and friends and record them in Roman numerals.
