It is good to be healthy because you get to live longer. Nowadays you see a lot more elderly people. Why? They eat healthy. Some foods such as fish is really tasty and healthy.

HOW CAN YOU BE HEALTHY?

You could be healthy by going on a healthy diet for months. One of the diets you could possibly go to is Weightt Watchers. They make there own meals which are scrumbschous. They are so smart, they make there own junk food which tastes like it but surprisingly it is healthy somehow. Also you good eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Further you might just lay down on the junk food for a while. Chocolate is a perfect example!!!

DRUGS

Drugs can really harm your body. This is because it has caffein. Did you know every time you take a drug you get a -8 in your life? This means that you lose 8 years of your life. Once you have drugs you are going to continueissly getting them because they are very addicting. People who offer people drugs and the police catch that person, they go to jail.

Also smoking and drinking wine can do this to your life too!!!
