Eating whole foods over process foods

A varied and balanced diet
How much exercise should you do in a day?
it depends on the person and their fitness level but 30 minutes is recommended
How much sleep should you get?
At least 8 hours
How did you become a nutritionist?
i wanted to effect performance and rugby games off the field as i couldn't play rugby anymore due to an injury
