Two summers ago my family and I went for a holiday on a tropical island in Hawaii. It was beautiful, the sea was crystal clear and the sand was soft.

One afternoon my brother, my sister and I decided to go and explore a nearby beach. When we were walking my brother kicked a glass bottle but I noticed that there was something in the bottle. I picked it up and opened it. To our amazement there was a map and on the back of it there was a message, "Follow me and you will see, even the night will be bright". At first we laughed about it but then we decided to follow the signs on the map.

The map took us to a cave near the beach. The entrance was quite small and dark but luckily my sister had her phone with her so we switched on the torch. I was a bit scared so I let my brother lead the way. As we were walking through a narrow path my sister tumbled and slipped down into a hole full of mud. I was scared but tried to pluck up courage and tried to help my sister to come out of the mud. As she was trying to reach my hand she said that she could feel small stones under her feet. My brother didn't think twice and decided to jump near my sister. He began to pull out stones from the bottom of the mud. We couldn't believe our eyes, the stones were in reality gem stones, all of different colours.

We ran out of the cave and went to tell our parents . When we went back to look for that cave we couldn't find the entrance but instead we found huge stones that closed the entrance.
