Fitness Week :



What is Fitness Week anyways, well Fitness Week is all about having fun and doing so many trials of sport it makes you so fit and healthy especially since it's in the sun. So if you have tried or have finished Fitness Week I want to say well done for doing this and having some fun also for beginners.


So I heard you all have questions for me well why not answer them.

Alright lets start,



What was your best part ? Why?


I loved the Assault course because there was so much time to go on the Obstacle and the massive Slide it was so much fun .




What would you like again next year?


I would love to do the Assault course again because it was so much fun and i would also love to do Just4kicks at Beverley Park it was also so much fun .



What could we do differently next year?


I think for sports day on the Hurdles we could have made there to more to jump over to make it more challenging for all .



There is one more thing i would like to say quickly


Well I think the Hurdles were the best because it was easy and really fun at first I thought it looked hard so I started to get nervous then well I did my first jump I was like wait a second this is actually fun so lets carry on doing it.
