If you're wondering what this book is about then read this review of the book Wonder!Wonder is based on 10/11 year old boy (August) who has a facial disfigurement.He was getting home schooled but now he has moved to a proper school with other students.People have been picking on him because of his facial disfigurement like Julian.His friend was Jack,Summer and Charlotte.

He has had 27 operations.He sometimes does wonder if other people/students think strangely about him.After the first day of Augusts day at school he has heard that his classmates saying they will catch 'the plague' if they touch August which is sad to hear.This is because his classmates think he is a different person and treats him like a different person but they shouldn't because he is a normal person which means you should show August the respect he's supposed to get.
