Christmas is a time for festivity and fun,

A special time for everyone.

People gather round the tree,

To see what gifts will give them glee.

The time of our saviour's birth,

Our Lord Jesus came to save the Earth.

Advent is a time to think;

Repent;

And from the Chalice we do drink.

Three wise men,

And to Jesus they say Amen.

Gold, frankincense and myrrh.

To us the true meaning of Christmas is just a blur.

So this year don't forget,

That with us Jesus has met.

He shall redeem us all,

And no longer shall our faith fall.
