microsociety blog

hello, this is my first blog so i hope it goes well. so basically the first decision we made was who were the civil servants. first we talked about what civil servants were (and if you don't know what they are heres an explanation. civil servants are people that are needed in society like fire men, doctors, police men ect.)and then we talked about what civil servants we would need in our society and ones we didn't need like doctors and fire men because we are not trained to do that. then we voted on who was going to be those civil servants but i wasn't in the room for that. so the the next thing we looked at was receipts. now you would probably know receipts from when your mum is out shopping and when she pays she gets a receipts. now our receipts are a bit different, so when you import an item from home you have to pay for a import tax and when you pay that import tax you will get a receipt then if the police check you to see if you have payed the import tax you can just show them the receipt.so next we talked about starting businesses and me and my friend (who i will not announce the name of) decided that we would start a business about board games and playing blackjack. first we will start with boardgames then if the company does well we will introduce blackjack. after all that some parents of students at my school came in and talked about their jobs. we had two parents come in one worked at radio 3 and the other worked for h.r. i think me and my friends business is pretty good because people like monopoly and people like blackjack (if they don't bet all their money away). it might be difficult to set up because were going copyright the name of our business ( the queens ace) and going to get a licence for the things we bring in from home. i don't have a job for the state either.
