There stood the king of Britain, king Uther, he have just had a baby called Arthur. But he fell in love with a lady called Igraine, but then Uther found out that she was already married to the duke of Trintagel. so he sent all his troops to fight.

Uther died and nobody knew he had a son so everybody argued about who would become the king of Britain. One day a stone appeared on the yard of st.pauls with a huge sword in it, there was a message engraved on it saying who ever pulled out the sword will become the king of Britain. People tried and tried but did not succeed but when Arthur tried it came out like a feather from the sky. He moved to London when doing this. He also has an older foster-brother called Kay. After pulling the sword out he gave it to Kay. Kay noticed the message and never told anyone people started to wonder who pulled out the sword. Eventually Arthur told everybody. at first nobody believed him but then he reaped what he has done once before.

11 of the local kings did not approve of a 15 year old boy ruling Britain, so they started a war against Britain. The lady of the lake gave him a sword named 'Excalibur'. The sword was kept in a magic scabbard, because if you use the Excalibur in a fight you will always defeat your opponent. If you had the scabbard you will never get harmed.
