The dragon

Were did this come for? Hi I think I know were this snow came from. Yesterday while I was sleeping I saw a dragon yes and it was blue and white so maybe the dragon coughed out snow but maybe not. Because when I went to my friends house she found this very,very,very tiny dragon. Where did it come from? But also maybe it is a baby dragon and it's mum is ohhhhh the big dragon she was probally trying to find her kid right but she dosen't look like him.
