ALL ABOUT LIONS AND TIGERS

Although lions are strong in general, tigers are in fact

stronger. They are more muscular, more active and have

better agility compared to lions. They also tend to be

more aggressive as lions are considered as lazy animals.

Most male lions just sleep around, doing nothing

unless they really have to get up and do something.

Commonly, lions live in a large group of ten or fifteen

called pride with one male lion as the head of the tripe.

Males take the role of guarding their territory, while the

female acts as the primary hunter. They are in charge

of hunting food for their tribe in the Savannah.

The females will then bring back their pray and let the

male eat first.

A lion prefers to live out in the open. It is therefore,

found in open grasslands and woodlands. On the other

hand,tigers are a little sneaky. They prefer living hidden

under wood cover in order to avoid giving away their

presence to their pray. That means that tigers live deep

insides forests unlike lions.
