Space Cakes!
For the cake
225g butter
225g caster sugar
4 eggs
175g self-raising flour
50g cocoa powder
For the icing
75g unsalted butter
175g icing sugar
45g cocoa sugar
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Beat in the eggs.
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder
Divide the mixture into paper cases.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
To make the icing, mix butter, icing sugar and cocoa powder together.
Pipe onto cooled cakes
