Exercise for children and young people.
There are more than one evidence that show that exercise is a very important key. This helps us to reduce major illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes and stroke. Regular physical activity helps our self esteem, mood and sleep quality. It helps also helps us to lower our stress level.
However, because of our modern lifestyle and the increase of the technology we are less activate.
If we do regular exercise children and young people will benefit from this:-
In my opinion I recommend to do some type of exercise like 30min a day or an hour a day to keep fit and healthy. So come on and get up and start right now!!!
