In science, year 6 have been learning about static electricity.

We have done some experiments and taken slow-motion videos of them.

This experiment is called 'Water Bending.' We took a balloon,

rubbed it on our jumpers and held it next to a slow stream of water.

It then attracted the water and made it bend towards it.

In this experiment, we held another balloon up to a wall and

watched it stay on the wall. (Like the previous experiment,

it had been rubbed on a jumper first.)

In this experiment, we used 4 static balloons

and held them around our science teacher's, Mrs Blake's, hair!
